Nedd was very clear in his explanation of the work that needed to be done, and took the time to answer any questions that I had. His team (Jens, Mark, Antonio and Derek), led by Jens, did excellent work. I was impressed wit the care they took in preparation for working by protecting the floors and furniture throughout the house, and with the skill they demonstrated in their work. They were also unfailingly courteous, thoughtful and accommodating.
